The application for letters of administration on the estate of S. P. Van Dyke, deceased, has been dismissed.

G. L. Mix has been appointed administrator of the estate of W. A. Mix, deceased, with bonds fixed at $1225.

The probate of the will of William Summerhayes, deceased, has been continued one week.

Public Administrator James Stanley has been granted letters of administration on the estate of A. J. de Mello, deceased.

The will of Margaret Allendorff, deceased, has been admitted to probate and C. F. Hanlon appointed executor without bonds.

The will of F. Rodgers, deceased, has been admitted to probate, and the widow, Mary Rodgers, appointed executrix, without bonds.

In the matter of the estate of Lizzie Farley, letters of administration have been granted to the Public administrator.

The petition for the probate of the will of M. S. Duarte, deceased, has been dismissed.

J. H. Thompson has been appointed guardian of the person and estate of W. Summers, a minor.

The will of F. F. Brockway, deceased, has been admitted to probate and the widow appointed executrix.

Margaret Dwyer has been granted letters of administration on the estate of A. Dwyer, deceased, with bonds fixed at $?50.

J. A. Worthington has been appointed administrator of the estate of S. M. Worthington, deceased, with bonds fixed at $700.

The decree of distribution of the estate of G. H. Livingstone, deceased, has been amended.

Alton H. Clough has been appointed administrator of the estate of T. A. Moore, with bonds fixed at $4400.

The citation in the estate of J. J. C. Bollinger, deceased, has been ordered dismissed. An objection was made because the executor had not filed his account.

Nellie J. Smith has been appointed administrator [sic] of the estate of F. M. Smith, deceased, with bonds fixed at $2500.

Letters of Administration have been granted John Russeau in the estate of James H. Russeau, with bonds fixed at $12,600.

The sale of real estate in the estate of Francis Blake, deceased, has been confirmed.

Pe*che M. Lewis has been appointed administratrix of the estate of D. W. Lewis, deceased, with bonds fixed at $3000.

The will of James Clark, deceased, has been admitted to probate and L. L. Clark appointed executor.

Petitions Heard in the Superior Court Today.

The estate of Helen Summerhays, deceased, has been appraised at $3420.

Public Administrator Stanley has applied for letters of administration on the estate of Margaret Long, deceased, valued at $410. The heirs of deceased are unknown.

Theresa Intermann has applied to administer the estate of her deceased husband, William H. Intermann. The estate consists of $578 cash in bank.

The estate of James Driver, deceased, has been ordered distributed.

F. W. Moore has been appointed administrator of the estate of Victoria Moore, deceased, with bonds fixed at $400.

The estate of Walter Blair, deceased, has been ordered partially distributed. Mrs. Blair has been ordered to give a bond of $10,000 when she received her share, and the two daughters are required to give bonds in the sumn of $5000 each.

The final account in the estate of Robert Scott, deceased, has been disallowed, and distribution denied.

Alice Brown has been appointed administratrix of the estate of John Brown, deceased, with bonds fixed at $2000.

The estate of S. L. Morris, deceased, has been ordered distributed.

The will of J. J. McCain, deceased, has been admitted to probate.

The estate of F. Hogan, deceased, which has been in court for many years, was today ordered distributed.

Letters of administration have been granted Sophia S* in the matter of the estate of J. W. S*, deceased.

E. M. Pratt has been appointed guardian of the person and estate of P. F. Chase, a minor, with bonds fixed at $5000.

The estate of A. F. deCotto, over which there has been so much dispute, has been finally ordered distributed to the heirs.

The final account in the estate of M. E. Alexander, deceased, has been allowed and distribution has been ordered.

The will of A. Barrett, deceased, has been admitted to probate and Henrietta Barrett appointed executrix without bonds.

The context to administer on the estate of Joseph F. Black, deceased, has been continued to July 12th.

The will of Temperence Fowler, deceased, was this morning admitted to probate and John S. Drum appointed executrix without bonds.

The estate of J. S. Emmalt, deceased, has been assigned to the widow, for her use and benefit.

Ellen McCarthy has been granted a family allowance of $50 a month out of the estate of Daniel McCarthy, deceased.

The estate of John W. Graham, deceased, has been assigned to the widow.

The estates of S. B. Blackwell and Conrad Wilhelm have been ordered distributed.

Catherine H. Orr has applied to administer upon the estate of William H. Orr, deceased, valued at $1275. The heirs are the widow and the two children of the deceased.

The estate of C. W. Spear, deceased, has been ordered distributed. The account presented by Samuel P. Hall was settled and allowed.

The will of C. F. Bigelow, deceased, was admitted to probate this morning, and Elijah Bigelow was appointed executor without bonds.

The will of Peter Murray, deceased, has also been admitted to probate, and Mary Murray is appointed executrix, without bonds.

F. R. Fassett, J. D. Smith and George Nusbaumer have been appointed appraisors to set aside a homestead for the widow of J. C. F. Gardemeyer, deceased.

Margaret Connor has been appointed administratrix of the estate of W. Connor, deceased, with bonds fixed at $210.

The estate of Rosabelle Hickok, deceased, has been appraised at $683.90.

The will of Agnes M. Allyn, deceased, has been presented for probate. The estate is valued at $5000. The property is bequeathed to the husband who is named as executor.

The will of P. J. Reilly, deceased, has been submitted to probate and Paul Reilly is appointed executor without bonds.

The administrator of the estate of F. G. Coreello, deceased, has been granted his final discharge. Judge Ellsworth allowed K. B. Ta?pan, attorney on the estate a fee of $60, and S. P. Hall, attorney for absent heirs, a fee of $20.

The sale of real estate in the estate of Francis Blake, deceased, has been confirmed by the court. The property sold was a lot in the western addition in which the deceased held an individual one-half interest. The price received was $46*.

Distribution has been ordered in the estate of E. J. Farrell, deceased.

The account of the administrator of the estate of Walter Blair, deceased, has been settled as presented.

The will of Ann Steele has been admitted to probate, and Thomas Moran has been appointed executor.

In the matter of the estate of Mary F. Van Dyke, deceased, Charles P. Van Dyke has been ordered to render an accounting of the partnership with the deceased.

Michael Madden has been appointed administrator of the estate of C. Madden, deceased, with bonds fixed at $?000.

Letters of administration have been granted Emma Coggeshall in the matter of the estate of F. D. Coggeshall, deceased.

The estate of James Keyes has been appraised at $2,030 by W. W. Morrison, W. S. Pelouze, and W. G. Hawkett.

B. F. Deal and E. L. Fitzgerald have appraised the estate of James H. Rassan, deceased, at $1,015.

The executrix of the estate of H. H. Seaton, deceased, has been ordered to transfer certain real estate in Berkeley sold by Seaton to Robert Carroll prior to the death of the former.

The distribution of the estate of John Proctor, deceased, has been ordered by Judge Gibson.

Public Administrator James Stanley has been granted letters of administration on the estate of William Patten, deceased.

In the matter of the estate of James Brennan, deceased, letters of administration have been issued to Alice Brennan, with bonds fixed at $2000.

The petition for letters of administration filed in the estate of James McKay, deceased, has been dismissed because a will has been found.

In the matter of the estate of J. F. Lopes, deceased, the widow has been granted a family allowance of $25 a month and has also been giben a homestead out of the estate.

In the estate of William Pingree, deceased, Edward K. Taylor, as attorney for the estate, has been allowed a fee of $125.

A Passet has been appointed guardian of his two minor children, with bonds fixed at $1,000.

The personal property of the estate of G. F. Wissman, deceased, has been ordered sold.
