WELCKER-At his residence, 2244 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, Cal., November 3, 1900, William T. Welcker, a native of Athens, East Tennessee, aged 70 years, 4 months and 10 days.

The funeral will take place TOMORROW (Tuesday) at 2 o'clock, from St. Mark's Church, Bancroft way, near Ellsworth street, Berkeley. Interment private.
